Taking a Break to Meditate
While meditation for many is a spiritual exercise with a specific form and structure, there is really no specific manner in which it must be performed in order to achieve results.
walking in nature
having some quiet time alone
being at worship
can all bring about a meditative state
resulting in insights as much as
participating in more formal practices.
anything you do that has the effect of

This is what happens when I am in the studio- I get lost- time doesn't exist- and my soul takes me for a ride- I am connected with the deepest part of myself that oozes with creative inspiration.
